Project Overview
In this project, I oversaw the subdivision of a commercial tenancy into two independent units. The scope of work included the construction of a new office and kitchen within one of the newly created spaces, designed to meet contemporary commercial standards. All construction activities were carried out in strict compliance with current fire safety regulations, including the installation of fire-rated partitions, compliant service penetrations, and appropriate fire separation measures. Additionally, I managed the implementation of separate access points for each unit to ensure secure, independent entry and operational autonomy for both tenancies.
