HIGHEND HOUSE REINSTATEMENT & NEW DRIVEWAY – PROJECT
This project involved extensive reinstatement works and site reconfiguration for a high-value residential property in Remuera, following flood damage that caused ground movement and a slope at the rear of the house. Given the property’s premium location and the risk of reduced market value, timely and high-quality remediation was critical. The scope included stabilisation and restoration of the affected areas, as well as regrading for proper drainage.
In addition, the existing shared driveway was reconfigured to provide two separate access points, ensuring independent entry for both dwellings on the site. The project also included the installation of a new boundary fence and complete landscaping works to restore the property’s appearance and maintain its value. All works were completed with a focus on structural integrity, site functionality, and long-term durability.
